We have aimed to make this experience as easy as possible for you, with our 3 Step Support process outlined below.

Call our experienced online IT support team on our local rate number 0845 47 57 267.

The Remote Help Live team are waiting to take your call, and will listen to your problem and then provide you with a estimate to conduct the repair, or if requested provide you the training you need. This will be done remotely via our remote assistance tool that allows us to share control of your machine, if we cannot fix it we will refund you in full "No Fix - No Fee".

Our Lines are open 8am - 8pm 7 Days a week, Christmas and Boxing Day rates may vary from advertised.

Step 2

Once you have been quoted and agree to the estimate, the engineer will provide you with a call reference number, please enter this and the agreed payment amount below.

This amount will then be transferred to the "PayPal" online payment system, to ensure a secure online payment transaction.

Step 3

Thats it, nearly there, one more click and the Remote Help Live online IT support team, will be able to connect to your machine and help you with your PC problem.

You will be provided with a session number which you will be required to enter below, once you enter the code click connect and then confirm, this will start the remote session with your engineer. The remote control client will auto uninstall upon completion of the call.
